Dhiraj M. Shah – National Chairman
Alongside his career as a city professional, Dhiraj M Shah has a long history of community and public service. Born in East Africa, Dhiraj moved to the the UK in the 70's and dedicated himself to making Britain a better place for his family and for the larger community he serves. Amongst his commitments, he was the founding Chairman of the Hindu Marathon committee, which sought to spread the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the Asian community in Britain.
Dhiraj is a grandfather and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. In his spare time, he supports Liverpool FC – which we consider a charitable act ☺
Dhiraj serves as our National Chairman.
Bharat Vadukul – General Secretary
Bharat Vadukul is a Company Director and has worked in the medical appliance sector for over 30 years. As part of his charitable commitments, he founded the first Sewa charity shop in Birmingham and remains an active team member who’s cultivated a team of over 50 volunteers for this project.
For many years, Bharat managed Sewa UK’s projects with have been suported by British donors.
Bharat serves as the General Secretary of Sewa UK.
Narendra Shah - National Treasurer
Narendra Shah is an entrepreneur and senior business leader in Birmingham; he has been an active supporter of many worthwhile causes in the West Midlands. His particular charitable interest centres on educating children in India. He has helped in creating a programme that funds the education of over 500 children in several states of India.
Known for being diligent, having an eye for detail, and reliable, Narendra serves as our National Treasurer.
