April 21, 2024, I will be embarking on my nemesis RUNNING on the iconic journey of 26.2 miles The London Marathon. This is more than just a personal milestone; but my ethos to serve for the welfare for all. It is a fact, Alone we cannot make a difference to ALL but together we can ALL make a difference to ONE has always been my mantra.

Sewa UK’s commitment to inspire positive change in health & wellbeing, enabling humanitarian disaster relief, and fostering sustainability align with my way of being. This has come to life over the years through my cycling challenges with SEWA UK and more recently in Dec 2023 when participating on the Rickshaw Run challenge.

First hand, I was inspired by the NGO Founder of the Samotal Foundation Railway Runaway children Thane, India, whose purpose is Rehabilitation of children on Railway Stations. Spending the day with the children who have benefited from the Foundation has left a mark on me of the change and opportunities these children will now have.

Samotal’s cause sat well with me, to raise funds and challenge myself as a diabetic for 23 years and complete the once in a lifetime opportunity to participate.

My ask, is for you to join me on this journey—not by running alongside me (you can if you want lol), but by contributing to this cause. Every donation, no matter the size, will transform these lives of Samotal foundation SEWA UK project.
